Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tom's Trunks purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and place your items securely in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; remember to keep your receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned trunks, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
